Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and hands-on Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance with 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, compliance, payroll, MIS, and financial controls. The ideal candidate will have solid practical knowledge of multi-currency accounting, GST, TDS, payroll processing, MIS reporting, accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.




This is a key position for someone who can independently manage the company's day-to-day accounting and finance functions while also taking on responsibilities similar to a Finance Controller. You will work closely with, and report directly to, the Directors — and will also be responsible formanaging certain personal accounts and financial records of the Directors with complete confidentiality. The role also requires regular customer interaction regarding accounts, outstanding payments, reconciliations, and payment recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting, Financial Management & Banking
Manage and oversee the complete day-to-day accounting function of the organisation
Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, journals, vouchers, and supporting documentation
Handle multi-currency accounting, including foreign currency transactions, exchange-rate adjustments, and related reconciliations
Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Perform and review bank, customer, vendor, ledger, and
