Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements
Conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with management
Handle offer letters and onboarding process
Maintain candidate and employee records

1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
Good communication and interpersonal skills




Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, job portals)
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements
Candidates from Perundurai/Erode or nearby areas preferred

Solid networking abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven
Immediate joiners are preferred
Knowledge of Hindi language is an added advantage
