ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a merchandising-minded coordinator with a strong eye for what sells in home decor. You know good product when you see it — the colors, patterns, and price points that move in soft home — and you back that instinct with sales data. This role sits within our Planning team and works closely with our Merchant group to select,



position, and manage product from initial buy through to live listing.
You will report to our Planning Manager and collaborate daily with Production, merchants, and Digital Commerce leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Product Selection & Merchandising
Assess new product submissions and market trends to identify what will sell in home decor (bedding, throws, curtains, etc.)
Build point-of-view on assortment gaps, category white space, and product opportunities for assigned brands
Partner with merchants to shape buy decisions based on sales trends, competitive assortment, and price point positioning
Recommend reorder, reposition, or retire decisions based on sell-through and performance data
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Research price point positioning and run competitive benchmarks for new and existing items
Evaluate market potential for products and brands prioritized by merchant and Dig
