Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The Associate will support end-to-end planning and execution of sports events, including coordinating with venues, vendors, referees,



and technology partners to ensure smooth matchday operations. Responsibilities include assisting with event scheduling, participant communication, registration processes, and live scoring or broadcasting coordination. The role also involves on-ground event management, monitoring logistics, helping resolve operational issues in real time, and contributing to post-event reporting and feedback collection. The Associate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards and consistent, engaging experiences for participants and clients.
Qualifications
Foundational skills in event coordination and operations, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders during live sporting events.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage participants, clients, referees, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
