Role Description The PVC Research and Development Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Bahadurgarh. This role involves researching and developing PVC compounds and formulations suitable for footwear applications, ensuring durability, comfort, and cost-effectiveness. The executive will collaborate with production, quality, and design teams to test materials, optimize processes, and resolve technical issues related to PVC usage. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing test data, preparing technical reports,



and supporting scale-up from lab trials to mass production. The role also includes staying updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and new technologies to continuously improve product performance.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of polymer science, particularly PVC chemistry, compounding, and material properties.
Experience with laboratory testing methods, material characterization, and data analysis related to footwear or similar products.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes for PVC-based footwear components and basic understanding of quality control standards.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and quality assurance.
Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
