Inaara NeoFoods is building India’s first farm-to-formulation platform for plant derived functional nutrients for everyday food by partnering with F&B; companies (domestic as well as exports) to develop scalable, clean-label and commercially viable food solutions. Qualifications




PGDM or Masters in HR
5-7 years of experience across HR- talent acquisition, policies and statutory compliance
Excellent Communication Skills

Key Responsibilities
Hiring & Team Building: Hire the right talent across R&D;, technical, operations, commercial and corporate functions
People Development: Drive onboarding, performance management, learning and development
Policies & Processes: Develop effective HR policies, processes and systems
Compliance & Administration: Ensure statutory HR compliance, documentation, payroll coordination and other essential HR operations
