What you will do for Sectona
We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our fast-paced team.
You will serve as the heartbeat of our customer operations, keeping our data pristine, our dashboards current, and facilitate synchronization between internal stakeholders and customer team.
Primary Responsibilities
Customer Touchpoints: Conduct regular check-ins with customers, diagnose their technical roadblocks, and brief internal support teams for fast resolution.
Dashboard & Tracker Ownership: Build and maintain customer-specific project trackers and dashboards to drive accountability and transparency across all assigned accounts.
CRM Hygiene & Management: Execute continuous data hygiene within the CRM platform to ensure all records reflect current account statuses.
Interaction Logging: Record precise notes, feedback, and action items against customer profiles immediately following meetings.
Channel Maintenance: Keep reliable, open channels of communication active between the company and our client base.
