Role Description The Search Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing search marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels to drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, managing paid search campaigns, Quick Commerce campaigns, Market Places campaigns, managing SEO on page and off page work, monitoring performance through web analytics tools,



and refining campaigns to achieve key performance targets. The specialist will collaborate with account management, content, and design teams to align search strategies with broader digital initiatives and ensure consistent messaging. The role also involves preparing performance reports, identifying opportunities for improvement, and staying current with search engine and digital marketing trends.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Marketing and Digital Marketing, with the ability to apply strategic thinking across search channels.
Proficiency in Keyword Research and Web Analytics to identify opportunities, track performance, and optimize campaigns.
Hands-on experience managing Paid Search Campaigns on major platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) including QCom and Market Places and optimizing for ROI.
Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present clear, actionable reports to stakeholders.
