WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR BUSINESS LEADER – CFO / COO/ CSO

Experience: 25+ Years | Minimum 10 to 20 years of experience in a CFO or Senior Leadership role.
We are looking for an experienced professional who has worked as a CFO or COO and can lead and oversee the departments of Finance, Banking, Collections, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Business Strategy under a single leadership structure.

KEY REQUIREMENTS -
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in a CFO / Leadership role.
• A person having hands-on experience in Banking, Fund Raising, Project Finance, and Collections, or candidates having experience in the Housing sector will be preferred.
• Experience of handling work involving 50 lakhs to 1 crore+ Sq. Ft. area. OR Experience of managing monthly project budgets of ₹10 crore to ₹25 crore+, including expenditure related to Operations and Purchase.
• Practical and indirect experience in Sales & Marketing, Operations, Commercial, and Business Development.
• Solid experience in Cash Flow, MIS, Budgeting, Cost Control,



and Project Profitability.
• Ability to work directly with Promoters / MD / Management.
• Should have a mindset to lead multiple departments and improve the overall performance of the business.

EXPECTED CANDIDATE PROFILE -
We are looking for a business-oriented CSO who understands, and can coordinate, the direct and indirect relationships between Finance + Banking + Collections Construction Operations + Sales + Marketing + Business Strategy.

The candidate should be capable of establishing effective coordination among all these functions and ensuring that they work together towards the overall business objectives.

Preferred Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / ME/ Equivalent Qualification
