Role Description The Fulltime Faculty role is an on-site position based at GM University in Davangere. The faculty member will design and deliver courses, prepare lesson plans,



teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate students, and assess student performance through assignments, examinations, and projects. Responsibilities include mentoring and advising students, maintaining academic records, and contributing to curriculum development and continuous improvement of teaching practices. The role also involves engaging in scholarly activities such as research, publications, and participation in conferences or seminars, as well as serving on departmental or university committees. Faculty are expected to uphold academic integrity, support inclusive learning environments, and actively contribute to the university’s mission and community.
Qualifications
