Role Description The Manager Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and expanding Broekman’s presence in target markets. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation,



conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing commercial proposals, and negotiating contracts in line with company policies. The Manager Business Development collaborates closely with operations, finance, and senior management to ensure that solutions meet customer requirements and are operationally and financially viable. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business development strategies and support long-term growth.

Qualifications
Solid business development, sales, and account management skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
Experience in logistics, forwarding, shipping, or related supply chain services, with a solid understanding of warehousing, distribution, and terminal operations.
Skills in negotiation, commercial proposal development, and contract management, with
