Job Summary
Leanwatts India Private Limited is looking for an experienced Buyer – Sourcing & Supply Chain to manage procurement activities for electronic components, PCB, PCBA, EMS, and engineering materials. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and experience working with domestic and overseas suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective material availability.
Roles & Responsibilities
Source PCB, PCBA, EMS, electronic components, cables, connectors, magnetics, sheet metal, plastics, and other engineering materials.
Identify, evaluate, develop, and manage domestic and international suppliers.
Obtain quotations (RFQs), compare offers, negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and contracts.
Execute the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, order follow-up, invoice verification, and payment coordination.
Coordinate with Planning, Production,



Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted material supply.
Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and service.
Coordinate import shipments, logistics, customs clearance, and freight forwarders for overseas procurement.
Track material deliveries and resolve supply chain issues to meet production schedules.
Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and ERP transactions.
Perform cost analysis, supplier benchmarking, and support cost reduction initiatives.
Prepare procurement reports, inventory analysis, and supplier performance dashboards.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or any relevant Engineering discipline.
