Role Description The US IT Recruiter (Part-time) will manage end-to-end hiring for technology roles supporting Perma Technologies’ projects for US-based clients. This full-time, on-site position in Chennai involves sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals,



with a focus on technical and IT positions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting initial interviews, assessing technical fit in partnership with hiring managers, coordinating interview schedules across time zones, and maintaining accurate candidate records in recruitment systems. The recruiter will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, present qualified shortlists, support offer negotiation, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role also includes tracking hiring metrics, staying informed on market trends, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
