JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for managing financial accounting, compliance, reporting, audits, financial consolidation, and risk management for multiple entities within the InterGlobe Enterprises Group, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and robust financial governance.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and finalise statutory audits in conjunction with the auditors
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely closure of the audited financial statements
Accountable for the preparation of Audited Consolidated Financial Statements
Coordinate with group companies to ensure the timely audit of the consolidated financials of the group.
Manage all queries, information requests, and clarifications on financial accounting matters raised by internal and external stakeholders
Technical analysis of IND-AS, IFRS, and other applicable accounting standards
Identify potential areas for automation within financial accounting and controls, and implement such automation in consultation with the relevant stakeholders
Define and monitor internal controls and governance
Define and drive the MIS framework and metrics for the function (P&L; statements, Balance Sheets, MIS reports, etc.)
Prepare and drive the monthly MIS and conduct reviews with the stakeholders of the group companies
Provide timely information to the Tax Team for all direct and indirect taxes
Ensure Tax Audit compliance and provide the requisite information for the tax assessments (direct and indirect tax) of the group companies.
Manage and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process vendor invoices and payments, monitor customer receivables, and undertake periodic reconciliation of payables and receivables to ensure timely settlement.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Chartered Accountant with expertise in accounting and reporting.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Upto 1 years' experience or Fresher

Expert knowledge of IND-AS and IFRS
