Pie Matrix is looking for a Technical Support Intern to join our Gurugram team
We're looking for a Technical Support Intern who can troubleshoot, solve, and support — helping our customers get the most out of their telescopes and binoculars, while keeping our internal systems running smoothly.his role is for someone who understands that great support isn't just about fixing issues — it's about making customers feel heard and confident in the product they've bought.
Location: Gurugram
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide technical support to customers on product setup, usage and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues reported via calls, chat or email.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Product teams on defective units and replacements.
Assist with internal tools, systems and POS/IT infrastructure.
Document common issues and solutions to build an internal knowledge base.
Escalate unresolved technical issues to the relevant team promptly.
WHO YOU ARE
Engineering degree is a must (any stream) — pursuing or recently completed.
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communicator, comfortable explaining technical issues simply.
Basic understanding of hardware, electronics or optics is a plus.
Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
