About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is energetic, confident in communication and interested in building a career in sales and business development.

The role will primarily focus on identifying potential clients, generating leads, reaching out to prospects and setting up qualified meetings for the Senior Business Development Manager.

You will work closely with the Senior BD Manager and internal teams to understand client requirements, prepare for pitches and gradually take ownership of the sales process as you grow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

* Research and identify potential brands, startups, corporates and decision-makers.
* Build and maintain a database of relevant prospects.
* Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, online research and networking.
* Regularly update lead status and follow-ups.

2. Cold Outreach & Follow-ups

* Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails and LinkedIn.




* Introduce the company and its services in a clear and professional manner.
* Follow up consistently with prospects and identify genuine business opportunities.
* Schedule qualified meetings for the Senior BD Manager.

3. Sales Support

* Understand the prospect’s business and communication/marketing requirements.
* Assist the Senior BD Manager in preparing for client meetings and pitches.
* Support preparation of proposals, presentations and capability decks.
* Participate in client calls and meetings as required.

4. Relationship Building

* Build qualified relationships with prospects and maintain regular communication.
* Keep track of conversations, requirements and next steps.
* Identify opportunities for future business from existing conversations.

5. Market Research

* Research industries, companies, brands and decision-makers.
