The ideal candidate should have a robust programming foundation and practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI). You will be responsible for developing in-house tools, automation systems, and AI-driven applications that enhance our business processes and innovation capabilities.

Job Title: AI & Software Developer

Experience Required: 5-10 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain internal software solutions using programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Work closely with the management and tech team to understand internal automation and AI requirements.
Build and deploy in-house AI/ML models for tasks like prediction, classification, optimization, or computer vision.
Maintain documentation of all code, algorithms, and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools into existing workflows.




Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and databases.
Ability to work independently on research and development tasks.
Good problem-solving skills and logical thinking.

Desirable:

Experience in working on personal or academic AI/ML projects.
Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), or DevOps tools.
Knowledge of data analysis, statistics, or data engineering pipelines.
