Ltd. is a 100% export-oriented pharmaceutical and nutraceutical company operating across 15+ countries in Southeast Asia and Africa, with 160+ active registrations and 55+ commercial partners. We are the Marketing Authorization Holder across our markets — not a trading house, not an agent — building long-term, structured international businesses.

We have our own offices and local teams in the Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia and Kenya.

The Role
We're looking for a hands-on commercial leader to head our entire international sales function — owning P&L; across both distributor-led (B2B) and company-led (B2C) markets, leading new market launches, and building the team of Country Managers who will run the business under you.

This is not a role for someone looking to manage from a dashboard. You'll be expected to be in the field, in the markets, building relationships and fixing problems directly — while also building the systems, governance, and people who let this scale beyond you.

What You'll Own
Full commercial ownership — revenue, budgeting, forecasting,



working capital, collections, inventory — across B2B and B2C markets
New market launches — team/coverage setup for B2C, distributor selection and onboarding for B2B
Recruiting, developing, and holding accountable a team of Country Managers
Distributor partnerships — commercial terms, credit discipline, structured governance
Product portfolio strategy, pricing, and positioning across countries
Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews and Country/Distributor Scorecards

What We Need
15–22 years of pharmaceutical commercial experience
6–8 years of domestic B2C field/brand execution
3–5 years as a Country Manager in an international market, OR 5–8 years managing multiple international markets from Head Office
3–5 years managing other Country Managers or senior leaders — this is non-negotiable
B2B distributor experience is a robust plus, not mandatory
