We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Resort Operations Manager who can take ownership of the resort's day-to-day operations, lead the team, improve guest satisfaction, increase occupancy and revenue, and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the entire property.
Key Responsibilities
Take complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations and overall functioning of the resort.
Plan and implement strategies to increase occupancy, bookings, revenue, and profitability.
Manage reservations, front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, guest services, and other operational functions.




Ensure excellent guest experience and maintain consistently high standards of hospitality and service.
Build strong relationships with guests and effectively resolve complaints, feedback, and operational issues.
Lead, supervise, train, motivate, and monitor resort staff across all departments.
Prepare staff duty rosters, work schedules, and ensure proper manpower utilization.
Monitor daily operations, attendance, discipline, service quality, cleanliness, and staff performance.
Control operational expenses and ensure effective utilization of resources, inventory, supplies, and manpower.
Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, revenue reports, and operational performance reports.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, upselling, and business growth.
Coordinate with management regarding procurement, vendors, maintenance, repairs, and other operational requirements.
