Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Leading Textile Manufacturing Company, managed by TMI Group. The role involves overseeing day-to-day textile manufacturing operations, with a focus on ensuring product quality, process efficiency, and adherence to industry standards. Responsibilities include monitoring production lines, coordinating with embroidery and textile teams, implementing quality control checks,



and supporting sales and customer requirements related to textile products. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional departments, preparation of reports on production and quality metrics, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing unit.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of the Textile Industry and Textiles, with practical experience in manufacturing or processing environments.
Hands-on experience in Quality Control, including inspection procedures, defect analysis, and adherence to quality standards.
Exposure to Embroidery processes, techniques, and machinery used in textile and garment production.
Sales awareness related to textile products, with the ability to support customer requirements and liaise with sales teams.
Relevant diploma or degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
