Manager – LMS Technology & Development
Type: Full-time (University Appointment)

Role Overview
The Manager – LMS Technology & Development will be responsible for overseeing the University's Learning Management System (LMS) ecosystem, ensuring smooth operations, continuous enhancement, system integrations, and alignment with institutional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the overall management, enhancement, and performance of the University's LMS platform.
Coordinate with external technology partners and vendors for development, support, upgrades, and issue resolution.
Define and monitor LMS requirements, integrations, workflows, and digital learning initiatives.
Ensure seamless integration of LMS with ERP, HRMS, SSO, and other institutional systems.
Monitor system performance, security, scalability, user experience, and compliance standards.
Manage testing, deployments, releases,



documentation, and operational processes.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support institutional decision-making.
Lead and guide the LMS technology team while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Eligibility Criteria
Master's/PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Applications or related discipline.
5–10 years of relevant experience.
Solid understanding of Node.js, React.js, APIs, Databases, Cloud Platforms, SSO, and System Integrations.
Experience in project management, vendor coordination, and technology governance is preferred.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
