ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a high-energy, versatile PR Executive to join our Mumbai team. This is a dynamic role designed for a professional who thrives on the diversity of agency life balancing the 'hunt' for new business with the 'craft' of public relations strategy.

Working directly under the Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing our agency’s footprint in Mumbai by building high-impact pitch decks, identifying market opportunities, and executing end-to-end PR campaigns for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. New Business Development & Pitching

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients across key corporate sectors in the Mumbai market.
Pitch Deck Preparation: Lead the creation of visually stunning and strategically sound pitch presentations using PowerPoint and Canva.
Prospect Research: Conduct deep-dive research into prospect industries to identify communication gaps and unique opportunities for our agency to add value.

Strategic PR Planning & Execution

Strategy Blueprinting: Assist the Senior Account Manager in drafting comprehensive PR calendars and communication strategies for newly onboarded clients.
Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with Mumbai-based media across mainstream, financial, and digital publications.
Content Creation: Draft high-quality press releases, authored articles, media invites, and briefing notes.
Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for recent clients by setting up communication protocols and initial media outreach plans.

3. Account Coordination & Reporting

Client Liaising: Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, ensuring all day-to-day deliverables are met on time.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track media coverage and provide insightful analysis on campaign impact and ROI through monthly dossiers.
