Role Purpose
The Dean – School of Management shall provide academic, administrative, and strategic leadership for the School of Management. The role is responsible for driving academic excellence, enhancing student outcomes, strengthening industry engagement, promoting research and innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and positioning the School among leading business education institutions nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Leadership & Excellence
Provide strategic direction for all academic programs offered by the School.
Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, curriculum design, and academic delivery.
Lead periodic curriculum review and modernization aligned with industry requirements and emerging business trends.
Promote outcome-based education and experiential learning practices.

2. Faculty Leadership & Development
Recruit, mentor, and retain high-quality faculty members.
Drive faculty development initiatives in teaching, research, consulting,



and industry engagement.
Establish performance expectations and monitor faculty productivity and effectiveness.
Promote a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

3. Student Success & Employability
Monitor student academic performance, progression, and retention.
Strengthen student mentoring, career development, internships, and placement readiness initiatives.
Enhance student participation in competitions, projects, certifications, and experiential learning opportunities.
Promote leadership development and holistic student growth.

4. Industry Engagement & Corporate Relations
Build robust partnerships with industry, professional bodies, and corporate organizations.
Facilitate industry projects, internships, guest lectures, consulting assignments, and executive education programs.
