About the Role
We are looking for a Software Support Engineer with Development Skills who has a strong interest in application support, troubleshooting, and software development.
The candidate will be primarily responsible for application support, troubleshooting, debugging, resolving customer-reported technical issues, supporting application deployments, and troubleshooting production issues.
The role will also involve software development activities, including bug fixing, enhancements, API integration, and code-level changes as required.
The ideal candidate should have good programming fundamentals, hands-on knowledge of Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, SQL, and REST APIs, along with solid analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Troubleshooting – Primary Responsibility
Provide technical support for web applications built using Angular, Node.js, and SQL.




Analyse and resolve application issues reported by customers or internal teams.
Debug frontend, backend, database, and API-related issues.
Troubleshoot REST API integrations, authentication flows, and backend processes.
Analyse application logs, browser console errors, server logs, and error reports.
Identify root causes and provide effective technical solutions.
Coordinate with the development team for complex technical issues.

Software Development
Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Work with MySQL and MS SQL Server for database queries and application development.
Implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Perform code debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
