Responsibilities:
Assist the marketing team with day-to-day marketing operations and campaign execution.
Research and identify new channels and innovative ways to generate quality real estate leads.
Support the team in planning, testing, and optimizing lead generation strategies across different platforms.
Assist in managing the marketing side of the CRM,
ensuring lead data is accurate, organized, and up to date.
Coordinate with the sales team to gather regular feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
Help analyze campaigns and lead data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and maintain marketing reports using Google Sheets and Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
Conduct market and competitor research to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related discipline.
Strong interest in marketing, lead generation, and business growth.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
