We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day site execution and interior work
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labour and project teams
• Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed as scheduled
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout execution
• Manage site activities, manpower and material requirements
• Review drawings and coordinate with design teams
• Maintain site safety and execution standards
• Prepare regular site progress updates
• Identify and resolve site-related issues efficiently
Requirements




• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior/construction projects
• Strong knowledge of site execution and interior works
• Experience in labour and vendor coordination
• Good understanding of materials and construction processes
• Knowledge of BOQ and material management preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple site activities effectively
