Roles & Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound prospecting and networking.
Drive sales of SparkTG's AI solutions including AI Voice Agents, Conversational AI, and AI-powered customer engagement platforms.
Sell Cloud Telephony, CPaaS, Contact Center, WhatsApp Business API, and other SaaS solutions to enterprise customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build strong client relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.




Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Stay updated on AI, SaaS, CPaaS, and customer experience trends.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, AI, Cloud Telephony, CPaaS, UCaaS, or Enterprise Software Sales.
Must have the ability and confidence to sell AI solutions to business customers.
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
Understanding of AI, Conversational AI, Voice Bots, Contact Center, or cloud communication solutions is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
