We're looking for a proactive Marketing & Business Development Associtae to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 1 year of experience who enjoys marketing, client interactions and seeing projects come to life.

What You'll Do

* Support the business development team with lead generation and outreach.
* Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and pitch decks.
* Coordinate with prospective clients and schedule meetings.
* Manage and execute small-scale marketing and client projects from start to finish.
* Assist with influencer research, outreach and relationship management for campaigns.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
* Support marketing initiatives, campaigns and partnerships as required.

Who We're Looking For





* Around 1+ years in marketing, business development, influencer marketing, account management or a similar client-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong research and organisational skills with an eye for detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva or presentation tools is a plus.
