Role Description The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient-centered experience. This full-time, on-site role in New Delhi includes managing front-desk and support staff, coordinating patient appointments and scheduling, and handling patient inquiries with a focus on service quality. The role also involves monitoring clinic budgets and expenses, supporting inventory management, and ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory requirements.



The Clinic Manager will assist with staff training, performance oversight, and collaboration with medical professionals to maintain high standards of clinical and administrative care. They will be involved in patient post procedure care including counselling, and scheduling their appointments.
Qualifications
Solid customer service skills with a focus on patient experience and satisfaction.
Budgeting and basic financial management skills to oversee clinic expenses and operational costs.
Effective communication skills to interact with patients, clinical teams, and external partners.
Foundational understanding of medicine or healthcare environments to work closely with clinical staff.
Experience in training, coaching, or supervising staff in a healthcare or service setting.
Prior experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare administration preferred.
