Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Orchid University’s campus in Noida. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting hiring decisions for academic and non-academic positions. The Recruitment Specialist will collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience.



Daily activities include updating recruitment tracking systems, preparing job postings, organizing recruitment events, and supporting onboarding and training initiatives for new hires. The role also involves maintaining compliance with institutional policies and employment regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
