Role Overview
VariableSoft is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, and sell our time-tracking software to businesses. The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and understanding customer requirements to negotiation, closure, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research.
Generate and qualify leads for the time-tracking software.
Understand prospects’ attendance, productivity, and workforce-management requirements.
Present product demonstrations through online meetings and calls.
Explain product features, pricing, implementation, and business perks.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
Negotiate with prospects and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM.




Coordinate with technical and customer-support teams during onboarding.
Build long-term relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
Track market trends and competitor offerings.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good sales, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Comfortable with cold calling and target-based work.
Basic understanding of SaaS, CRM, HRMS, attendance, or productivity software.
Ability to understand customer problems and recommend suitable solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online meeting tools.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 0–3 years in inside sales, software sales, SaaS sales, or business development.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in technology sales may also apply.
