About Voy
Since 2019, Voy has transformed the health of more than 20 Lakh members globally across the Europe, Germany, Brazil, and we’re now in India to administer evidence-based, science-led medical care.
Voy India, previously EarlyFit, is India’s first full-stack metabolic health and weight loss platform. Built at the intersection of healthcare, science, and consumer technology, we have combined GLP-1, medical expertise, endocrinologist-led care, diagnostics, nutrition coaching, and ongoing behavioural support into one seamless experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
Execute.
Work closely with founders on day-to-day priorities and strategic initiatives
Break down ambiguous problems and drive execution end-to-end
Support business planning, research, and decision-making




Coordinate across teams to ensure key projects move forward
Track metrics, prepare reports, and highlight insights
Handle special projects across product, operations, and growth

What We’re Looking For
3-4 years of experience in startups, consulting, product, or similar roles
Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
Ability to work in fast-paced, unstructured environments
Transparent communication and ownership mindset
High attention to detail and ability to execute independently
Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
