Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for an Sales Manager in the Medical Devices division, based at Banga;lore . The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales within entire Karnataka ,



including developing and maintaining relationships with Top Surgeons ,hospitals and Health care stake holders. Daily activities include conducting product presentations and demonstrations, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing sales, and ensuring consistent follow-up and customer support. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and distribution partners to ensure timely product availability, efficient order processing, and resolution of service issues. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to support strategic planning and sales forecasting.
Qualifications
Proven experience in medical device sales in General Surgeon , Colorectal Surgeon , proctologist and Hernia Speciality.
Strong relationship-building and account management skills with healthcare professionals and institutional customers.
