Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Telecaller role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to identify potential customers, present company products and solutions, and generate qualified leads. The role involves explaining service offerings clearly,



answering prospect queries, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team. The individual will maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM, meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets, and coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns. The role also includes gathering customer feedback, updating contact databases, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales communication.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
Ability to engage prospects, build rapport quickly, and handle objections professionally.
Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
Comfort with using CRM tools, call tracking systems, and standard office software.
