Job Title: IT & Systems Executive
Location: Baner, Pune
Department: Information Technology / Operations

Role:
Responsible for maintaining the property’s IT infrastructure and providing technical support to ensure smooth operation of all technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
* Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.
* Support PMS, POS and other property management systems.
* Maintain CCTV, access-control and related technology systems.
* Manage IT assets, user accounts and basic software installations.
* Coordinate with IT/AMC vendors for technical issues.
* Maintain IT records, service logs and inventory.




* Follow company IT security and data protection procedures.

Requirements:

* Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred.
* 1–4 years of relevant IT support experience.
* Basic knowledge of networking, hardware and software troubleshooting.
* PMS/POS, CCTV and access-control experience is an advantage.
* Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in rotational shifts when required.
