Role Description The Community Volunteer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the volunteer will participate in daily community outreach activities, including meeting community members, understanding their needs, and supporting the planning and delivery of welfare initiatives. Responsibilities may include organizing and facilitating local events, assisting with distribution of essential supplies, documenting activities,



and maintaining clear communication with beneficiaries and other volunteers. The role also involves coordinating with local partners, supporting awareness campaigns, and providing basic administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations. This position is best suited for individuals who are committed to social welfare and can actively engage with diverse community groups in person.
Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills to engage effectively with community members and team members.
