Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :

• Execute strategic sourcing projects and RFx events across Professional Services categories including Temporary Labour, Consulting, Marketing & Communication Services, Travel & Mobility, Training and other business services.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with category objectives, business requirements, risk management principles, and cost optimization targets.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business demand, challenge requirements where appropriate, identify standardization opportunities,



and drive effective demand management practices.
• Conduct spend analysis, market intelligence, benchmarking, supplier assessments, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) evaluations to support sourcing decisions.
• Lead commercial negotiations involving rate cards, statements of work, service agreements, framework contracts, and pricing models to deliver business value.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities including supplier identification, RFQ/RFP management, bid evaluation, supplier selection, and contracting.
• Build and maintain solid supplier relationships to improve service performance, innovation, cost competitiveness, and risk mitigation.
• Support supplier onboarding, supplier performance reviews, compliance assessments, and governance activities.
• Collaborate with regional and global category teams to execute category strategies and procurement initiatives.
