Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including import/export documentation, reporting, and coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with supply chain operations, and the ability to ensure smooth and compliant logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complete supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and documentation
Manage and process import and export documentation in compliance with regulations
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments for smooth operations
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for tracking supply chain performance
Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation using Tally and MS Office tools
Support audit processes by maintaining proper documentation and records
Monitor inventory and shipment status to ensure timely delivery
Identify and resolve operational issues in the supply chain process
Mandatory Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience in Import & Export processes
Working knowledge of Tally software
Experience in MIS report preparation
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of audit processes and documentation
