Organizational Behavior Academic Associate at ISB
Overview:
As an Academic Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside world-renowned resident and visiting faculty to deliver high-quality courses and shape the learning experiences of future business leaders. This role is ideal for young, energetic individuals with a solid academic background who aspire to pursue a career in higher education, research, or teaching. Many ISB Academic Associates often pursue a Ph.D. at internationally renowned universities or business schools, or transition into teaching positions at well-known universities.

You will primarily support faculty in course delivery, manage academic activities, and ensure smooth classroom operations — from facilitating sessions and grading assignments to enabling engaging learning experiences. Additionally, you will have a unique opportunity to pursue one of the two structured certification tracks as part of our Academic Associate Certificate Program (AACP):
• Teaching Track
• Research Track
