About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-stack Engineer who can design, build and maintain secure, scalable and production-grade enterprise applications.
The role requires solid hands-on capability across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, integrations and cloud deployment, along with the ability to take technical ownership, maintain engineering standards and support the complete software-development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable web applications and enterprise platforms.
Lead both frontend and backend application development.
Design and build robust APIs, workflow engines and enterprise integrations.
Develop reusable, maintainable and well-structured application components.
Design and implement role-based access control, authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Build appropriate audit trails, activity logging and system-monitoring capabilities.
Integrate applications with internal systems, third-party platforms, APIs and databases.
Support cloud deployment, configuration,



release management and production stabilisation.
Participate in solution architecture and technical-design discussions.
Review code and ensure adherence to defined engineering and security standards.
Identify and resolve application-performance, scalability and reliability issues.
Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure and business teams during development and deployment.
Translate functional requirements into technically feasible and scalable solutions.
Support defect resolution, production issues and continuous product improvement.
Mentor engineers where required and contribute to improving engineering practices across the team.
Maintain appropriate technical documentation for applications, APIs, integrations and deployments.

5–8 years of relevant full-stack software-development experience.
