Senior AI Engineer | GenAI | Agentic AI | Python Full Stack
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with strong software engineering expertise and hands-on experience delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Python Full Stack Development, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and scalable application development.
The role involves designing, developing, integrating, and deploying AI-powered solutions that seamlessly connect with enterprise systems, data platforms, and business applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.
Build scalable, production-ready solutions using Python and modern backend technologies.
Develop REST APIs, microservices, and integration services.
Design and implement RAG pipelines for intelligent knowledge retrieval and contextual responses.
Build AI agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel,



or MCP.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise application performance, reliability, and observability.
Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data management standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Software Engineering
6+ years of software development experience.
Strong programming expertise in Python.
Experience building and scaling enterprise applications.
Solid software design, architecture, and problem-solving skills.
Generative AI & AI Engineering
Hands-on experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions in production environments.
Strong experience with:
Large Language Models (LLMs)
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
