Department: People Science
Position: Psychology Intern
Base Location: Pune
Duration: 6 Months ( Full Time-9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Role Overview

Support the People Science team in research, content development, training coordination, assessment delivery, and client support activities. Assist in preparing learning materials, conducting research, organizing project documentation, coordinating training and assessment activities, and supporting day-to-day team operations.
Requirements

Education: Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational/ Clinical Psychology (Above 70%) (Industrial-Organizational preferred)
Experience: Fresher or 6 Months of experience in Research method.
Understanding of reliability and validity, item analysis, and factor analysis.
Good research, documentation, and content development skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
