Role Overview
We are hiring a self-motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) for a Full-Time Remote role. In this position, you will identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and drive the sales cycle for our AI and software solutions from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Prospect and generate high-quality B2B leads via outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Engagement: Conduct virtual meetings with prospective clients, understand their operational challenges, and present tailored AI/software solutions.
End-to-End Sales Management:



Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial contact and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing.
Account Management: Nurture existing client relationships to encourage repeat business, upselling, and long-term partnerships.
Collaboration: Work closely with technical and marketing teams remotely to align offerings with client needs.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong background in B2B Lead Generation and New Business Development.
Good understanding of tech/SaaS products, sales processes, and basic AI or automation solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with solid virtual presentation and negotiation abilities.
Highly disciplined, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Comfort working in a commission-based / performance-driven pay structure.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
