Role Description This is a full time, on-site Collections Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Collections Executive will manage and monitor outstanding receivables, follow up with clients regarding overdue payments, and maintain accurate records of all collection activities. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal finance and sales teams, resolving billing and payment discrepancies, and preparing regular reports on collection status and aging.



The role also involves setting up payment plans where appropriate, ensuring adherence to credit policies, and providing clear, professional communication to clients to support timely collections and strong long-term relationships.
Qualifications
Strong credit control and debt collection skills, with experience managing outstanding accounts and enforcing payment terms.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders in a clear, respectful, and persuasive manner.
Solid analytical skills to review account statements, identify discrepancies, and interpret collection and aging reports.
Foundational knowledge of finance, including invoicing, payment cycles, and basic accounting principles.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
