Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding market presence for UNICARE’s sanitization and disinfection services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts.



The role also involves collaborating with operations and service teams to ensure client requirements are met, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and providing regular reports and forecasts to management. The Business Development Manager will work to achieve sales targets, support marketing initiatives, and represent the company professionally in all external interactions.
