About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales & Partner Ecosystem Manager to drive the growth of Alyssum's software products and technology solutions across the Indian market through channel partners.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with OEMs, ISVs, Distributors, VARs, System Integrators (SI), GSIs, and Channel Partners, with a proven track record of driving indirect sales and building partner networks.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Network Building: Build, recruit, onboard, and manage Channel Partners, VARs, Resellers, System Integrators (SI), GSIs, and Distributors across India.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture solid relationships with 250+ channel partners/resellers, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term engagement.
Revenue Ownership: Drive revenue through indirect/channel sales and achieve quarterly & annual business targets.
Performance & Target Governance: Assign sales targets to partners/distributors,



conduct QBRs and performance reviews, and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals.
Partner Enablement: Design and execute partner enablement initiatives such as product training, sales accelerators, and Go-to-Market (GTM) programs to enhance partner capability.
Market Expansion: Develop partner acquisition and market expansion strategies across India.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Product teams to maximize partner success.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, forecast business, and drive partner-led opportunities.

Desired Experience
Core Experience: 8–15 years of experience in Channel Sales / Partner Sales / Distribution Sales.
Ecosystem Familiarity: Experience working with major IT distributors such as Ingram Micro, Redington, TD SYNNEX, Savex, RAH Infotech, or OEMs like Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, Fortinet, VMware, AW
