Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and growth-oriented professional to drive subscriber acquisition, content and product upselling and revenue growth for DTH subscription business. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The incumbent will work closely with Sales, Finance, Content, Product and Customer Service teams to improve subscriber growth, revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive Subscription margins and revenue, through acquisition offers, pricing initiatives and product upselling.
2. Drive Subscriber Acquisition & Net Adds, across B2C (Trade, Website, Helpline) and B2B sales channels.
3. Develop targeted, data-driven customer engagement programs to drive Product and Content Upsell.
4. Track subscription metrics, competitive offerings and gather actionable insights to recommend and support business growth decisions.
5.
Improve subscription margins and optimize ROI of upsell marketing campaigns.
Education:
MBA from a reputed Business School/Institute.
Experience:
4 to 6 years of experience. Proven track record of driving business performance, customer experience, revenue growth, or operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills are essential.
