About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in digital media, influencer marketing, advertising, PR, marketing, or a related industry.
The role will focus on identifying new opportunities, building relationships with brands, generating leads, developing client conversations, and converting opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Research and build a strong prospect pipeline
• Connect with brand, marketing, and business decision makers
• Drive outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking
• Understand client requirements and identify relevant opportunities
• Coordinate with the internal team on proposals and pitches
• Manage follow-ups and move opportunities through the sales pipeline
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients




• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and opportunities
• Stay updated on digital media, influencer marketing, social media, and industry trends
What We're Looking For
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition or Partnerships
• Relevant experience in Digital Media, Advertising, Influencer Marketing, PR, Creative or Marketing Agencies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident in speaking with senior brand and marketing professionals
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of digital media, social platforms, and the creator ecosystem
• Strong presentation and pitching skills
• Commercially aware with good negotiation skills
• Proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation
• Persistent and consistent with follow-ups
• Solid ownership and ability to work independently
