Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Lead with solid hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and Recruiting Management (RCM). The ideal candidate should have extensive implementation experience, strong functional consulting skills, and the ability to lead end-to-end SuccessFactors Onboarding engagements while collaborating with global stakeholders. The role requires flexibility to support clients and project activities during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
Work hands-on in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding solutions.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
