Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Kolkata. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a strong pipeline of leads,



and support the expansion of Urban Company’s services in the local market. Responsibilities include nurturing relationships with service partners and clients, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives. The role involves managing key accounts, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and partner engagement. The Business Development Executive will also contribute to local campaigns, support onboarding of new partners, and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert growth opportunities.
Business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, with skills in Account Management to maintain and grow key relationships.
